Sadhana - A personal Practice: Immerse in a cohesive 90-minute practice that expands Yoga understanding and bridges the gap between the mat and daily life.
Practices include Asana, Somatics, Restorative, Pranayama, Mantra, Meditation, and Journaling, with themes drawn from the timeless wisdom of classical Non-dual Tantra.
Learn strategies to carry the practice into everyday life, relationships, and work.

Join us for our monthly Community Yoga Class, where a newly trained teacher leads each session, bringing fresh energy and inspiration to your practice. This is a beautiful opportunity to support emerging yoga instructors as they share their passion and begin their teaching journey.
By attending, you’re not only nurturing new teachers—you’re also supporting a cause close to our hearts. All proceeds for this special December Festive class will go to Starship Christmas Appeal.

Ayurveda Day Retreat With Ayurveda NZ

This will be an authentic experience of Ayurvedic food, treatments, cleansing practices, educational talks and Yoga in a tranquil setting just a 50 minutes north of Auckland.
Escape for the day and immerse yourself in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. Learn about its history, philosophy, basic principles, and daily rituals. The program will include a traditional Hatha Yoga class, morning tea and lunch with nourishing Ayurvedic food, an 'Introduction to Ayurveda' talk, a workshop with demonstrations of Ayurvedic cleansing techniques and a relaxing Yoga Nidra session.
Each participant will receive an Ayurvedic treatment called Shiro Abhyanga while listening to the educational talks sitting on a conformable massage chair. Shiro Abhyanga involves massaging the scalp, neck, and shoulders with warm medicated herbal oils. Based on a preliminary questionnaire and a physical assessment we will determine your dosha (body-mind constitution) to select a suitable medicated oil for your Shiro Abhyanga massage.
