Sound Bath Healing with Jazmyn Green from
Soul Overtones

Friday 10th July 2026
Friday 25th Sep 2026
Friday 27th Nov 2026

6.30pm- 7.30pm

$40

Join Jaz for a Sound Bath Healing, where you will nourish mind, body and soul through the healing powers of sound and vibration.

In the womb, the first sense we develop is hearing. We are soothed by the heartbeats of our mothers, a constant, resonant drum. Our entire body is receptive to sound vibrations, it is just our ears that can process and interpret them. So, when we work with sound in the healing capacity, it is not just being received via the ears, but via the entire body. Every ripple finds the most resonant home in the receiver, wherever their system needs it most.

Sound Healing can help with stress, tension, mental or learning disorders, sleep issues, migraines, chronic pain, trauma, among many other things.

Sound healing can simply be a chance to relax on a deeper level, or it can be a chance to experience profound mental, emotional and physical healing. You may fall asleep, you may feel tearful, you may feel extreme happiness, you may journey to another place and time. Regardless of how you experience a sound bath, the healing work is being done.

During the session, you will simply lay down and listen/feel. A variety of therapeutic instruments including but not limited to crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, a drone harp, drums, and chimes will be used.

Warm Your Heart Day Retreat with Claire Goad from Hand to Heart

Sunday 12th July 2026

10am - 4.30pm

$180

Join Claire Goad from Hand to Heart for a beautiful day of ceremony, reflection and connection at Bali Garden.

The day will begin with a Cacao Ceremony, honouring and giving thanks to Mother Earth while sipping delicious, warming cacao. Cacao is a sacred plant medicine known for opening the heart, inviting us to connect more deeply with ourselves, our intuition and the world around us.

Following the ceremony, there will be time to reflect, journal any insights or messages received, and work with Oracle cards using your own intuition for further guidance.

After lunch, you will create your own unique Despacho — a traditional offering to Mother Earth. This beautiful parcel of goodness will be filled, wrapped and decorated with intention. As part of the offering, you will write a letter containing your goals, dreams and desires, placing them into the Despacho as a way of manifesting and offering them to the Earth.

The day will close with a deeply relaxing guided sound meditation, allowing you to integrate the experience and leave feeling grounded, nourished and inspired.

Delicious morning tea will be provided. To help keep the event cost accessible, please bring a small packed lunch.

A day designed to step out of an ordinary Sunday and into something truly special — a little bit of magic for the heart and soul.

To celebrate International Yoga Day, we are delighted to offer this free community event, led by Fatima Wheeler.

Expect easy-to-follow steps, hip-opening rhythm, and plenty of encouragement to move in a way that feels natural to you.

From there, we’ll transition into a slow, intentional yoga flow to stretch, release, and ground the energy we’ve built together. The practice is gentle and accessible, with space to move at your own pace — whether you’re energised and sweating or ready to soften into stillness.

This class is designed to be a welcoming, judgement-free space where dance meets stillness and effort meets ease.
