Song & Sound Medicine With Lauren Ryburn

Friday 31st October 2025

6.30pm-8.30pm

$40, or two class credits using membership.

Join Lauren for an evening of vocal expression, singing and sound healing.

This is an intentional vibrational healing container where we will explore, release and express through a range of intuitive vocal practices and collective singing. Finishing off with bathing in a soothing instrumental and soul song transmission from Lauren.

We will activate our own innate healing vibration through vocal sounding, chanting and toning to recalibrate our energy body and soothe our soul. When will come together to sing - as our ancestors once did, to evoke and reignite joy, play, heart-expansion, soul healing and the remembrance of our innate connection to earth mother, the divine and the collective.

Lauren Ryburn is an Intuitive Healer and Holistic Therapist with over 19 years experience of working and weaving with energy.

She weaves vibrational sound healing and song into her healing practices, 1-1 sessions and group circles and has found it to be profoundly healing on many levels.

Music & Meditation With Olivia Maguire

TBC 2025

6pm - 8.00pm

$40

Olivia has spent the past 20 years supporting others through yoga, massage, and healing practices, and in recent years, her path has gently opened into the world of music and mantra. Singing and songwriting have become a powerful extension of her work, offering both personal healing and a way to hold space for others. “The songs I share often begin as small offerings—written for friends, for myself, or for moments of growth and challenge. Each one is rooted in a simple truth, a mantra, or a message to guide us back to ourselves.”

This Music and Meditation evening is an invitation to experience these songs live.  Music created with the intention to soothe, uplift, and gently remind us of our own inner wisdom.

Simply listen, journal, or rest in stillness.  Warm tea, cushions, blankets and bolsters provided.

An Intro into Compassion Communication

Saturday 21st February 2026

10am-4.30pm

$222 nurturing lunch provided

Are you longing for more autonomy over your emotions, less resentment and an ability to authentically connect with yourself and others? Building the courage to explore and express and generate authentic connection? Then this could be for you! NVC advocates radical self-responsibility for what we are experiencing at any given moment. It offers a simple yet effective framework to bring awareness to what we are thinking, saying, doing, and how we are listening, so we can connect and communicate with more clarity and compassion. Rather than judging, blaming, or criticising we start on neutral common ground to share what’s important to us, and connect on an empathetic level with others by tuning in to what they are wanting and what’s important to them. This will change your life! An investment into yourself, your relationships and your future.

Lunch provided, as nourishing mind body + soul matters.

You’ll be deeply nurtured by my organic goodies and home cooking and my bestie will share with us “Wildly treats”, feel free to bring a salad from your garden to share for lunch, and honestly no pressure, we will not go hungry.
