Combining all forms of wellness under one roof, our studio and wellness spaces are driven by the love of movement and holistic healing.

By offering a welcoming, friendly and positive atmosphere we wish to foster an empowered, healthy and mindful community where like-minded people can come together.

We have two indoor studios; Mandala and Sattva, and an outdoor yoga shala under the palms.

    With over 25 years of experience, Sandey is a seasoned Massage Therapist dedicated to enhancing health and well-being. She specialises in pain relief, stress reduction, and improving circulation. As a certified beauty therapist, Sandey offers personalised facial treatments using Dermaviduals skincare, underscoring her belief that every skin type is unique.

    Kim offers Naturopathic Consultations every Monday between 10:30am-6:30pm.

    As a naturopath, Kim focuses on The Art of Traditional Healing, combined with evidence-based science for a holistic approach to your health solutions.

  • Reiki Master, Qualified Masseuse, Holistic Facialist, Cacao Ceremony and Healing Circle Facilitator.

    With over 16 years in the wellness industry, Lauren has honed her skills globally, from being a Mobile Therapist in London to a Spa Therapist on Luxury Super Yachts. Drawing from diverse healing techniques across cultures, she offers bespoke treatments tailored to individual needs.

    Lauren also conducts wellness workshops, healing circles, and cacao ceremonies.

  • Holistic Wellness and Yoga Specialist

    With a foundation in Sport Science and Psychology, Luisa pivoted to Pilates rehabilitation after a back injury and later embraced women's wellbeing after personal health challenges. She's a certified Iyengar Yoga instructor and blends physical and mental balance in her teachings.
