Crystal Bowl Sound
Bath Journey with
Anna Coventry
Sunday 16th August 2026
10am - 11am
$40
This sound journey is a sanctuary of relaxation, healing and wellbeing. We begin with gentle breathwork and a guided visualisation to help you feel grounded, embodied and receptive.
As the vibrations from the crystal bowls wash over you, they will help you to effortlessly let go of thinking, release tension, and guide your nervous system into a state of deep relaxation and nourishing rest.
Some people float into a meditative state, others drift off to sleep, and some stay quietly aware. It's common to sleep deeply the evening following a sound bath, as the frequencies stay with you even after the session ends.
We usually practice lying down in a comfortable, supported position, though you're welcome to be seated if you prefer. We have plenty of props, blankets and eye pillows for your comfort. Please wear warm clothes and cosy socks, as the body cools during relaxation.
All levels are welcome; no prior experience is needed.
An Evening of Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra with
Anna Coventry
Friday 21st August 2026
6pm - 7.30pm
$40
Join Anna for an evening of profound relaxation with Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
We begin with a Restorative Yoga practice, inviting everything to slow down. Using props to support the body, this practice is all about letting go and being held. Tension melts, the mind quietens, and there is an opening to the peaceful awareness that exists beyond the noise of daily life.
From here, you will be guided into Yoga Nidra, a powerful journey of conscious relaxation. Lying down in comfort and stillness, Yoga Nidra takes you beyond the thinking mind, into a place of rest, healing and rejuvenation.
Anna has over 15 years of experience teaching Yoga and Meditation and brings a soothing, intuitive presence to her classes and events. She is gifted at guiding people into deep relaxation in a way that feels both safe and sacred.
Monthly Men’s Breathwork With
Jonno Roberts
LAST WEDNESDAY OF EVERY MONTH
Next session: Wednesday 26th August
6pm - 7pm
$25
This deceptively simple breathing medicine is as transformative and healing as you are ready for it to be.
You will learn to create a warm and supportive relationship to your inner self, and through this you will enable your inner voice to grow away from judgement and disapproval into wisdom and acceptance.
This inner work will ignite your creativity and your deep intuition, and peel off layers of conditioning and programming that inhibit your compassion, growth and forward movement.
Monthly Sādhanā: A Personal Practice - Emergence with
Sandey Hoskin
Sunday 30th August 2026
11am - 1pm
$45
As winter loosens its grip, there’s a natural softening- inside and out. Emergence is the gentle return of what’s always been here. From contraction, expansion begins again: subtle as a cocoon loosening its outer shell, until what is true becomes easier to recognise.
In this 2-hour Sādhanā, the conditions for that remembrance are created. Meditation draws you inward; mantra steadies the mind and opens the heart. Through soulful movement, aliveness moves through the body - clearing what’s not true, and allowing deeper integration. Whatever arises is met with steady presence and deep rest, so there’s less chasing and more recognition.
A simple ritual marks the threshold—not to force emergence, but to make space for it, and then to notice how it unfolds on its own.

Sound Bath Healing with Jazmyn Green from
Soul Overtones
Friday 25th Sep 2026
Friday 27th Nov 2026
6.30pm- 7.30pm
$40
Join Jaz for a Sound Bath Healing, where you will nourish mind, body and soul through the healing powers of sound and vibration.
In the womb, the first sense we develop is hearing. We are soothed by the heartbeats of our mothers, a constant, resonant drum. Our entire body is receptive to sound vibrations, it is just our ears that can process and interpret them. So, when we work with sound in the healing capacity, it is not just being received via the ears, but via the entire body. Every ripple finds the most resonant home in the receiver, wherever their system needs it most.
Sound Healing can help with stress, tension, mental or learning disorders, sleep issues, migraines, chronic pain, trauma, among many other things.
Sound healing can simply be a chance to relax on a deeper level, or it can be a chance to experience profound mental, emotional and physical healing. You may fall asleep, you may feel tearful, you may feel extreme happiness, you may journey to another place and time. Regardless of how you experience a sound bath, the healing work is being done.
During the session, you will simply lay down and listen/feel. A variety of therapeutic instruments including but not limited to crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, a drone harp, drums, and chimes will be used.
Sound Bath with
Ema Frost
Sunday 4th Oct 2026
10am- 10.50am
$45
You are invited to this unique 50 minute sound bath experience to slow down, rest, and receive healing vibrations while immersed in these beautiful singing bowls, which are quartz crystal from Nepal all tuned to specific tones/notes which correspond to each chakra. + Reduced blood pressure
+ Increase in immune system function

+ Mood regulation
+ Reduced stress and anxiety
+ Improved circulation and blood flow
+ Promoted happiness and sense of well-being
+ Relaxation and pain relief
+ Increased aura (people may notice this)

Her style is enchanting - quirky, feminine and colourful, and clearly influenced by her travels throughout the world, usually off the beaten track.
Have you ever wanted to try Kintsugi.... It's an ancient Japanese art form where you fix broken pottery with gold - making its imperfections its beauty. - A truly wonderful philosophy to live by. Nothing is ever really broken but new life and meaning is brought back making your piece a work of art and truly something special. You can also apply this technique on various materials like glass, wood, greenstone and shells.
Kintsugi
It's called kintsugi (金継ぎ), or kintsukuroi (金繕い), literally golden (“kin”) and repair (“tsugi”). This traditional Japanese art uses a precious metal – liquid gold, liquid silver or lacquer dusted with powdered gold – to bring together the pieces of a broken pottery item and at the same time enhance the breaks.
You will take away your wonderful finished work, plus your new skills which will enable you to further your own Kintsugi in your own time.
What you will take away:
A finished artwork piece
A understanding of Kintsugi
Knowledge and History of this beautiful art form.

Intro to compassionate communication with
Susie Spiller
Saturday 29th November 2026
10am - 4pm
$222
Are you longing for more autonomy over your emotions, less resentment and an ability to authentically connect with yourself and others? Building the courage to explore and express and generate authentic connection? Then this could be for you! NVC advocates radical self-responsibility for what we are experiencing at any given moment. It offers a simple yet effective framework to bring awareness to what we are thinking, saying, doing, and how we are listening, so we can connect and communicate with more clarity and compassion.
Rather than judging, blaming, or criticising we start on neutral common ground to share what’s important to us, and connect on an empathetic level with others by tuning in to what they are wanting and what’s important to them. This will change your life! An investment into yourself, your relationships and your future.
Lunch provided, as nourishing mind body + soul matters.
You’ll be deeply nurtured by Susie’s organic goodies and home cooking and her bestie will share with you “Wildly treats”, feel free to bring a salad from your garden to share for lunch, and honestly no pressure, we will not go hungry.
